On the evening of February 6, 2026, the 18th Annual Year-End Gala of Shenzhen RZX Technology Co., Ltd. was grandly held and concluded successfully amid great anticipation. All employees, company leaders, and specially invited guests gathered together to look back on the hard work and remarkable achievements of the past year, and to enthusiastically envision a promising blueprint for the Year of the Horse. The gala came to a joyful close amid laughter and cheer, fully showcasing the spirit of unity, collaboration, and forward momentum of the RZX team.

At the beginning of the gala, hosts Ding Yongfeng and Wang Jiaqin ignited the atmosphere with their passionate opening remarks. They reviewed the company’s 18-year journey of perseverance and growth, and praised the dedication and wisdom of every colleague. This was followed by a heartwarming video featuring New Year greetings from the management team and various departments, allowing everyone to feel the warmth and strength of the RZX family.

Next, CEO Mr. Lan Rong delivered his annual keynote speech titled “Navigating Cycles · Focusing on the Future.” Mr. Lan provided an in-depth analysis of the rules for corporate survival in the current market environment, emphasizing that “whether a company can absorb and pass on rising costs determines its survival.” In the face of challenges, he outlined a clear development blueprint for 2026, positioning the company to build a solid technological moat. Mr. Lan stressed that efficiency will be the core of the future, rallying everyone with the call to “win the future with certainty.” He encouraged all employees by stating, “We cannot change the external environment, but we can decide our focus and efficiency.” This inspiring speech injected strong confidence and momentum into RZX’s journey for the new year.

The gala featured a wide variety of exciting shows, fully showcasing the talents and team spirit of RZX employees. Wang Yu from the Marketing Department performed the piano piece “Castle in the Sky,” dreamlike and enchanting, vividly expressing romance and vastness. Wang Tiansheng from the Marketing Department sang “Red Sun,” bursting with passion and conveying powerful positive energy and fighting spirit. Wang Jiaqin from the Foreign Trade Department presented a Dance Medley blending multiple styles and radiating youthful vitality. Wen Zhendou and Quan Hongzhi from the Customization Department sang “Run,” igniting the entire venue and symbolizing the bold pursuit of dreams by RZX people.

During the banquet session, everyone gathered together to enjoy delicious food, engage in free conversation, and strengthen their bonds in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

After the dinner, the performances continued with one highlight after another. The skit “You Have It, I Have It Too,” jointly performed by the Marketing Department and HR colleagues Jiang Mengling and Wang Yu, was humorous and witty, drawing rounds of laughter while reminding everyone to cherish their unique selves. Wu Longzheng from the Offset Printing Department sang “Boy,” expressing youthful innocence and stories of growth. Huang Jin from the Laundry Tag Department performed “By Lake Baikal,” calm and far-reaching, making the audience feel as if they were immersed in nature. The skit “Blind News Broadcast,” performed by Hu Xuming and Ye Haijun from the Post-Processing and Offset Printing Departments, was hilariously creative and entertaining.

Huang Xuedan from the Label Quality Department sang “Starlight,” warming hearts and symbolizing how every colleague shines in their role. Zheng Mengyang from the Composite Die-Cutting Department delivered a touching rendition of “Love Transfer.” Ding Yongfeng from the Marketing Department sang the classic “Ten Years,” evoking memories of time gone by. Mo Bingling from the Foreign Trade Department performed “Rings of Time,” singing about the marks of time and growth. The Marketing Department’s group chorus “Unity Is Strength” was highly infectious, emphasizing the importance of teamwork.

Interspersed among the exciting performances, the lucky draw sessions were undoubtedly the most exciting moments of the evening. To reward employees for their hard work throughout the year, the company arranged multiple rounds of lucky draws, featuring 6 prize levels and 43 winners in total, with generous prizes. From the sixth prize — an Atour Zero-Pressure Neck Support Deep Sleep Pillow, to the fifth prize Midea Steam Garment Steamer, fourth prize Midea Electric Stew Pot, third prize SUPOR Tea Bar Machine, second prize Huawei Smart Watch, and finally the grand first prize — an AUX Massage Chair. The draws were conducted fairly through on-site random selection by department leaders, creating a lively atmosphere filled with cheers and anticipation at every round.

After each round of lucky draws, fun interactive games such as 锤钵钵鸡”、“腰缠万贯”、“接沙包”、“打不打”、“举气球写祝福”及“看字说颜色” were arranged. Winners received a Year of the Horse mystery gift box, bringing continuous laughter and excitement.

At the end of the gala, all performances were evaluated and the top three performance awards were presented: Champion with a prize of RMB 1,000, Runner-up with RMB 800, and Third Place with RMB 500. Exquisite gifts were also awarded to performances that did not place.

All performers additionally received a Premium Glassware Dining Set Gift Box as a token of appreciation.

Following this, a voluntary talent showcase allowed more “hidden masters” to take the stage, adding extra surprises to the evening.
