According to the national holiday schedule for the 2025 Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day, and in combination with the actual situation of our company, the holiday arrangements and related matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Office Holiday Schedule:
National Day & Mid-Autumn Festival: October 1 to October 7, with 7 days off in total.
Note: The rest day on September 28 (Sunday) will be swapped with October 4, and the rest day on October 11 (Sunday) will be swapped with October 7. Therefore, employees are required to work normally on September 28 and October 11.

II. Production Department Holiday Schedule:
National Day: October 1 to October 3, 3 days off.
Mid-Autumn Festival: October 6, 1 day off.
Note: Production department staff may adjust their schedules flexibly based on actual production needs.

III. Duty Arrangements During the Holiday:

1. No duty arrangements will be made on October 1-3 and October 6, unless for special emergency situations.

2. If any department requires overtime work due to urgent tasks, please seek prior approval from superiors and file the application with the HR & Administration Department before execution.

IV. Precautions:

1. Before the holiday, department heads should ensure proper work arrangements and inspect relevant facilities and equipment to prevent fire, water damage, and theft.

2. During the holiday, please take care of personal belongings and ensure personal safety. Stay vigilant against theft, robbery, and fraud.

3. Department heads must keep their mobile phones accessible for timely communication. Any emergencies should be reported and handled promptly in accordance with company regulations.
